Return Policy
Returns & Exchanges
Returns & exchanges can be requested by emailing us at hello@timestenapparel.com. They must be requested within 14 days from the delivery date.
To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it and in its original packaging.
The shipping costs for returning any items will be borne by the customer and are non-refundable. Return shipping is not our responsibility and we recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance in case of a high value order.
Refunds will be processed upon receipt of the items by us, and any costs borne by us for the return shipment will be deducted from the refund. If orders are returned damaged, incomplete, or not in their original condition, a partial refund may apply.
Order Changes
If you want to make any adjustments to your order, like changing sizes or colors, please contact us at support@timestenapparel.com as quickly as possible. As soon as orders are fulfilled, they can not be changed anymore.
Order Cancellations
If you want to cancel your order, please contact us at support@timestenapparel.com as quickly as possible. As soon as orders are fulfilled, they can not be cancelled anymore.
Damaged or incorrect items
In case you've received any damages items or incorrect items, please contact us at support@timestenapparel.com as quickly as possible. In your message, add clear descriptions of the problem, as well as any pictures of the wrong or damaged items. We will evaluate on a case-by-case basis and provide you with an appropriate solution.
